Inside Titanium Lofts #5D: Steam Shower, Fire Pit Deck and Two Parking Spaces

Titanium Lofts in Denver rarely come up with this much packed into one bedroom. Unit #5D has one bedroom, two baths and about 1,256 square feet on the fifth floor, plus a big private deck. It has sold, and it’s a great example of what this small LoDo building offers. You can view this listing on Zillow.

The kitchen is built for cooking and entertaining. Glossy Euro-style mahogany cabinets, slab granite countertops, a gas cooktop and stainless steel appliances surround the work area, while a Sub-Zero beverage fridge stands ready for guests. From there, the kitchen opens straight into the living room.

Natural light pours in through tall windows with plantation shutters. In addition, exposed brick, travertine tile floors and in-floor heating in the living room and bedroom keep this Titanium Lofts unit warm all year. It’s also wired for sound and has keyless entry.

At the front door, a foyer with custom cabinets holds an office nook and a built-in king-size Murphy bed. Meanwhile, the ¾ guest bath next to it makes overnight guests easy. On top of that, two large closets add storage, and a full-size steam washer and dryer are included.

The primary suite feels like a spa. Its bathroom has a deep soaking tub, a glass steam shower with two shower heads, dual sinks and granite counters. Plus, a large walk-in closet and a double-sided fireplace, shared with the bedroom, finish the space.

Outside, the private deck has flagstone tile, a gas fire pit and a water spigot, with views of the Denver skyline from Titanium Lofts. Finally, the loft comes with two parking spaces and a storage locker.

The Titanium Lofts Building at 1720 Wazee Street

Built in 2002, Titanium Lofts has just 23 units over six floors. John Hickenlooper, then the developer behind the Wynkoop Brewing Company, co-developed the building, and its name comes from the titanium columns on the front. Because buyers could finish their own units, no two lofts here are alike. (This 2025 news story covers more of the building’s history.)

As a downtown specialist since 1998, I’ve sold several lofts in this building. So I know how Titanium Lofts units in Denver compare on layout, views and HOA dues.

Living in LoDo: Union Station, Coors Field and the A-Line

Titanium Lofts sits on Wazee Street, one block from Union Station, where the A-Line train runs to Denver International Airport. Also nearby, Coors Field, the Larimer Street restaurants, the Cherry Creek Trail and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts are all within walking distance or a short ride.
