A 12-story condo tower coming to Sloan’s Lake with the approval from Denver City Council. The approval allowed the Denver-based NAVA Real Estate Development to build a 226 condo tower at 17th Ave and Stuart St. RNL will be the architect and construction is slated for spring of 2016 with an anticipated completion of 14 months. Pricing has not yet been determined but NAVA’s CEO Trevor Hines is trying to make the condos as affordable as possible. The 12-story condo tower will be part of the 19 acre site now called SLOANS developed by EnviroFinace Group which is the master developer. In addition to the 12-story condo tower, the former St. Anthony hospital campus will include an Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, a number of restaurants, apartments and a combination of for-sale and rental work-force and affordable housing. A total of 800-1,200 residential units are expected to be built.
