The apartment tower called the Confluence is a 288 unit 34-story glass luxury apartment tower located at 15^th and Little Raven St. PM Realty has already broken ground and expects completion by 2017. The developer PM Realty Group and partner National Real Estate Advisors LLC purchased the 1.21 acre site located next to Confluence Park in July 2013 for $10 million or $200 per square foot. Amenities will include Jacuzzi, outdoor cabanas and fire pit. Finishes will include hardwood floors and gourmet kitchen. Rent will start at $1,500 a month for studios and a three-bedroom 3,500 square footage penthouse unit will go for $12,000 a month.
